2018年12月17日，林凤装饰遭到大量朋友圈截图，58同城中意房屋中介张某，推送林凤装饰体验馆整体出售的照片，一时获得沈阳装修行业的关注。

此事件在家装行业朋友圈迅速传播，包括本地知名装修公司从业人员、房屋中介公司、小区业主群等。

林凤装饰就此不实事件立即采取报警处理，将传播者及所有转发人员一并截图留存，现进入司法程序。
